### sec.50 Judicial notice of office
All courts and persons acting judicially must take judicial notice of the signature in relation to a magisterial act of a person followed by—
Chief Magistrate; or
Deputy Chief Magistrate; or
magistrate; or
acting magistrate;
and that the person held the relevant office.
