### sec.9 Application for primary licence
An application for a primary licence must be made to the Minister in the approved form.
The application must state whether it is for a lottery licence or a lottery operator’s licence.
An application must be accompanied by any application fee prescribed under a regulation.
The Minister may, by written notice given to an applicant, require the applicant to give the Minister further information or a document that is necessary and reasonable to help the Minister decide the application.
