### sec.69 Reports about criminal history
If the chief executive, in making an investigation under section 50 or 67 into the suitability of a person to hold, or to continue to hold, a key person licence, asks the commissioner of the police service for a written report on the person’s criminal history, the commissioner must give the report to the chief executive.
However, the report is required to contain only criminal history in the commissioner’s possession or to which the commissioner has access.
(sec.69-ssec.1) If the chief executive, in making an investigation under section 50 or 67 into the suitability of a person to hold, or to continue to hold, a key person licence, asks the commissioner of the police service for a written report on the person’s criminal history, the commissioner must give the report to the chief executive.
