### sec.64 Ending show cause process without further action This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations for a show cause notice, the chief executive no longer believes a ground exists to suspend or cancel a key person licence. The chief executive— must not take any further action about the show cause notice; and must give each of the following a written notice stating that no further action is to be taken— the key person licensee; a primary licensee to whom a copy of the show cause notice was given under section 60 (5) . s 64 amd 2002 No. 43 s 97 sub 2004 No. 21 s 90 amd 2007 No. 22 s 3 sch 1 (sec.64-ssec.1) This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations for a show cause notice, the chief executive no longer believes a ground exists to suspend or cancel a key person licence.
