### sec.64 Ending show cause process without further action
This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations for a show cause notice, the chief executive no longer believes a ground exists to suspend or cancel a key person licence.
The chief executive—
must not take any further action about the show cause notice; and
must give each of the following a written notice stating that no further action is to be taken—
the key person licensee;
a primary licensee to whom a copy of the show cause notice was given under section 60 (5) .

(sec.64-ssec.1) This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations for a show cause notice, the chief executive no longer believes a ground exists to suspend or cancel a key person licence.
(sec.64-ssec.2) The chief executive— must not take any further action about the show cause notice; and must give each of the following a written notice stating that no further action is to be taken— the key person licensee; a primary licensee to whom a copy of the show cause notice was given under section 60 (5) .
- (a) must not take any further action about the show cause notice; and
- (b) must give each of the following a written notice stating that no further action is to be taken— (i) the key person licensee; (ii) a primary licensee to whom a copy of the show cause notice was given under section 60 (5) .
- (i) the key person licensee;
- (ii) a primary licensee to whom a copy of the show cause notice was given under section 60 (5) .
- (i) the key person licensee;
- (ii) a primary licensee to whom a copy of the show cause notice was given under section 60 (5) .
