### sec.39E Being a party to more than 1 lottery operation agreement
A lottery licensee may be a party to lottery operation agreements with 2 or more lottery operators at the same time, whether for the same or different lotteries.
A lottery licensee may not be a party to more than 1 lottery operation agreement with the same lottery operator at the same time.
A lottery operator may not be a party to more than 1 lottery operation agreement at the same time.

(sec.39E-ssec.1) A lottery licensee may be a party to lottery operation agreements with 2 or more lottery operators at the same time, whether for the same or different lotteries.
(sec.39E-ssec.2) A lottery licensee may not be a party to more than 1 lottery operation agreement with the same lottery operator at the same time.
(sec.39E-ssec.3) A lottery operator may not be a party to more than 1 lottery operation agreement at the same time.
