### sec.39C Approval process
A lottery licensee may apply to the Minister for approval of a proposed lottery operation agreement or a proposed amendment of a lottery operation agreement.
The application must be written and accompanied by a copy of the proposed agreement or amendment.
The Minister must give, or refuse to give, the approval.
The Minister may refuse to give the approval only if the Minister reasonably believes it is necessary to do so—
in the public interest; or
to protect proper standards of integrity in the conduct of lotteries.
The Minister must promptly give the lottery licensee written notice of the Minister’s decision.

(sec.39C-ssec.1) A lottery licensee may apply to the Minister for approval of a proposed lottery operation agreement or a proposed amendment of a lottery operation agreement.
(sec.39C-ssec.2) The application must be written and accompanied by a copy of the proposed agreement or amendment.
