### sec.34 Cancellation or reduction of period of suspension At any time the suspension of a primary licence is in force, the Governor in Council may— cancel the remaining period of suspension; or reduce the remaining period of suspension by a stated period. The Minister must promptly give written notice of the decision of the Governor in Council to the primary licensee and to each other person with whom the primary licensee has a lottery operation agreement. s 34 amd 2007 No. 22 ss 35 , 3 sch 1 (sec.34-ssec.1) At any time the suspension of a primary licence is in force, the Governor in Council may— cancel the remaining period of suspension; or reduce the remaining period of suspension by a stated period.
