### sec.255 Requirements relating to taxes, fees, records and other matters This section applies to any of the following requirements applying to GCLC that relate entirely or partly to its operations before the commencement day— a requirement under part 5 to pay a tax, fee or penalty or give a return; a requirement under part 6 to keep a record, prepare a statement or account, give a return or report or do another thing; a requirement under part 7, division 4, about prize money; other requirements under part 7 relating to the conduct of an approved lottery or the operations of a lottery agent; a direction or other requirement under part 8. The requirement continues or arises under this Act despite GCLC ceasing to be a lottery licensee and becoming a lottery operator under part 11A. s 255 ins 2007 No. 22 s 63 (sec.255-ssec.1) This section applies to any of the following requirements applying to GCLC that relate entirely or partly to its operations before the commencement day— a requirement under part 5 to pay a tax, fee or penalty or give a return; a requirement under part 6 to keep a record, prepare a statement or account, give a return or report or do another thing; a requirement under part 7, division 4, about prize money; other requirements under part 7 relating to the conduct of an approved lottery or the operations of a lottery agent; a direction or other requirement under part 8.
