### sec.252 Payment of prizes—s 130 Section 130(5) and (6) is taken to apply, and to have always applied, to an approved lottery conducted during the following period immediately before the commencement of this section— if the approved lottery is prescribed under a regulation as a designated lottery for section 129—3 years; or if paragraph (a) does not apply—7 years. s 252 ins 2007 No. 17 s 55 - (a) if the approved lottery is prescribed under a regulation as a designated lottery for section 129—3 years; or - (b) if paragraph (a) does not apply—7 years.
