### sec.24A Ground for omitting a lottery from a primary licence
A primary licence may be amended to omit a lottery stated in it on the ground that the primary licensee is, and has been for a continuous period of at least 14 days, contravening division 4 in relation to the lottery.
The power to amend a primary licence under this division to omit a lottery, on the ground mentioned in subsection (1) , includes the power to amend the licence to omit the only lottery, or all lotteries, stated in the licence on that ground.

(sec.24A-ssec.1) A primary licence may be amended to omit a lottery stated in it on the ground that the primary licensee is, and has been for a continuous period of at least 14 days, contravening division 4 in relation to the lottery.
