### sec.243 Agency agreements
An agency agreement made under the repealed Act by the corporation before and in force at the commencement day is taken to be an agency agreement duly made in accordance with this Act.
Within 7 days after the commencement day, the corporation must give the chief executive a written notice informing the chief executive of the name and place of operation of each lottery agent with whom the corporation has an agency agreement to which this section applies.
An agency agreement that continues in force under this section terminates (if it does not terminate earlier for some other reason) when the corporation ceases to be a lottery licensee.
(sec.243-ssec.1) An agency agreement made under the repealed Act by the corporation before and in force at the commencement day is taken to be an agency agreement duly made in accordance with this Act.
