### sec.239 Approval of corporation’s regulated lottery equipment
This section applies if, on the commencement day, the corporation applies to the chief executive for approval of the corporation’s regulated lottery equipment.
The corporation’s regulated lottery equipment is taken to be approved lottery equipment for the corporation until the chief executive approves or refuses to approve the equipment.
