### sec.228C Minister’s power to execute share transfers For the transaction, the Minister may execute any document transferring shares in GCLC to a person. Subsection (1) applies even if the shares are held by a Minister other than the Minister. s 228C ins 2007 No. 22 s 62 (sec.228C-ssec.1) For the transaction, the Minister may execute any document transferring shares in GCLC to a person.
