### sec.218 When other persons may apply for review
Within 28 days after receiving a notice under section 132AA (4) (b) , a person may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to the tribunal for a review of the decision under section 132AA (4) (a) .
The owner of a thing seized by an inspector may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to the tribunal for a review of a decision of an inspector under section 176 to forfeit the thing.
