### sec.210 Limitation on time for starting summary proceedings A proceeding for an offence against this Act by way of summary proceeding under the Justices Act 1886 may start at any time but if started more than 1 year after the commission of the offence must start within 6 months after the offence comes to the complainant’s knowledge.
