### sec.18 Changing conditions of primary licence The Minister may decide to change the conditions of a primary licence, if the Minister considers it is necessary or desirable to make the change for the proper conduct of lotteries stated in the licence or otherwise in the public interest. If the Minister decides to change conditions of a primary licence under this section, the Minister must promptly give the primary licensee written notice of the change (a condition notice ) and the reasons for the change.
