### sec.168 Failure to give information
A person of whom a requirement is made under section 166 (3) (h) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
It is a reasonable excuse for the person to fail to comply with the requirement if complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person.
