### sec.165 Evidence about special warrants
Subsection (2) applies if—
an issue arises in a court proceeding whether a power exercised by an inspector was not authorised by a special warrant; and
the warrant is not produced in evidence.
The court must presume the exercise of the power was not authorised by a special warrant, unless the contrary is proved.
