### sec.128 Presence of inspector at certain operations
The chief executive may take action under this section to ensure the integrity of the conduct of an approved lottery.
The chief executive may by written notice given to a lottery operator direct the lottery operator not to do a stated thing in the conduct of an approved lottery unless an inspector is present.
The lottery operator must comply with the direction.
Maximum penalty for subsection (3) —40 penalty units.
