### sec.121 Rules
The Minister may make rules about the following—
classifying gaming schemes as lotteries;
regulating the conduct of lotteries;
regulating prizes in lotteries.
The Minister must notify the making of a rule on the department’s website.
A rule takes effect—
on the day the making of the rule is notified on the department’s website; or
if a later day is stated in the Minister’s notice or the rule—on that day.
A primary licensee may make submissions to the Minister about a rule or proposed rule.

(sec.121-ssec.2) The Minister must notify the making of a rule on the department’s website.
