### sec.115 Further information following audit On receiving a copy of the audit report, the chief executive may, by written notice given to the primary licensee, require the licensee to give the chief executive further information about a matter relating to the licensee’s operations mentioned in the audit report. A primary licensee must comply with a requirement under subsection (1) within the time stated in the notice, unless the licensee has a reasonable excuse.
