### sec.102 Chief executive may give direction about content of control system
This section applies if the chief executive considers a lottery operator’s control system for a lottery is insufficient for—
ensuring amounts payable to the State under this Act for the lottery are properly worked out and paid; or
protecting the integrity of the conduct of the lottery by the operator.
The chief executive may, by written notice to the operator, direct the operator to include in its control system additional details about 1 or more matters mentioned in section 101 (2) within the reasonable period, and in the way, stated in the notice.
If the operator does not comply with the direction, at the end of the period stated in the notice the operator’s control system is taken to have been changed in the way stated in the notice.

(sec.102-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive considers a lottery operator’s control system for a lottery is insufficient for— ensuring amounts payable to the State under this Act for the lottery are properly worked out and paid; or protecting the integrity of the conduct of the lottery by the operator.
(sec.102-ssec.2) The chief executive may, by written notice to the operator, direct the operator to include in its control system additional details about 1 or more matters mentioned in section 101 (2) within the reasonable period, and in the way, stated in the notice.

- (a) ensuring amounts payable to the State under this Act for the lottery are properly worked out and paid; or
- (b) protecting the integrity of the conduct of the lottery by the operator.
