### sec.86 End of appointment of categorisation officer
A person stops being a categorisation officer—
at the end of the term of appointment stated in the document that appointed the person; or
if the person gives the local government a signed notice of resignation; or
if it is a condition of the person’s appointment that the person hold another position at the same time—if the person stops holding the other position.
This section does not limit the ways in which a categorisation officer’s appointment ends.
(sec.86-ssec.1) A person stops being a categorisation officer— at the end of the term of appointment stated in the document that appointed the person; or if the person gives the local government a signed notice of resignation; or if it is a condition of the person’s appointment that the person hold another position at the same time—if the person stops holding the other position.
