### sec.64 Boundary works This section is about a road or other work that is to be, or has been, built— along the boundary between 2 or more local government areas; and partly in each of the areas. The cost of planning, constructing, maintaining and managing the road or other work is the joint responsibility of each of those local governments. The local governments must enter into the arrangements that are necessary to perform that responsibility. (sec.64-ssec.1) This section is about a road or other work that is to be, or has been, built— along the boundary between 2 or more local government areas; and partly in each of the areas.
