### sec.43 Application of sdiv 2
This subdivision applies to a business activity, conducted by a business entity, to which the competitive neutrality principle applies.
The relevant local government for the business activity is—
if the business entity conducting the activity is the local government—the local government; or
if the business entity conducting the activity is a corporatised business entity—the local government that owns or controls the corporatised business entity.
(sec.43-ssec.1) This subdivision applies to a business activity, conducted by a business entity, to which the competitive neutrality principle applies.
(sec.43-ssec.2) The relevant local government for the business activity is— if the business entity conducting the activity is the local government—the local government; or if the business entity conducting the activity is a corporatised business entity—the local government that owns or controls the corporatised business entity.
- (a) if the business entity conducting the activity is the local government—the local government; or
- (b) if the business entity conducting the activity is a corporatised business entity—the local government that owns or controls the corporatised business entity.
