### sec.355 Local government areas and divisions for 2020 quadrennial election— Act , s 8
For the purpose of the 2020 quadrennial election—
sections 6 and 7 apply as if a reference to schedule 1 in section 6 or 7 were a reference to schedule 1A; and
lot 155 on plan FY2699 (otherwise included in the South Burnett Regional Council’s local government area) is taken to be included in the Toowoomba Regional Council’s local government area.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that for all purposes other than the 2020 quadrennial election, schedule 1 continues to state the prescribed information for local governments.
This section applies despite sections 6 and 7.
In this section—
2020 quadrennial election means the quadrennial election held in 2020.

(sec.355-ssec.1) For the purpose of the 2020 quadrennial election— sections 6 and 7 apply as if a reference to schedule 1 in section 6 or 7 were a reference to schedule 1A; and lot 155 on plan FY2699 (otherwise included in the South Burnett Regional Council’s local government area) is taken to be included in the Toowoomba Regional Council’s local government area.

- (b) lot 155 on plan FY2699 (otherwise included in the South Burnett Regional Council’s local government area) is taken to be included in the Toowoomba Regional Council’s local government area.
