### sec.32 Elements of code of competitive conduct
The code of competitive conduct is all of the following—
the application of the competitive neutrality principle under section 33 ;
the pricing provisions;
sections 34 and 35 about financial reporting;
sections 36 and 37 about the treatment of community service obligations.
