### sec.295 Making available particular registers of interests and extracts of those registers A local government must make a copy of the register of interests of each councillor available for inspection at the local government’s public office Also, the local government must make an extract of the register of interests of each councillor available for inspection on the local government’s website. The extract of the register of interests must show the particulars mentioned in schedule 5 — for each interest mentioned in schedule 5A , column 1 held by the councillor; and for the period mentioned in schedule 5A , column 2 opposite the interest.
