### sec.265 Advisory committees
An advisory committee—
must not be appointed as a standing committee; and
may include in its members persons who are not councillors.
A member of an advisory committee (whether or not they are a councillor) may vote on business before the committee.
(sec.265-ssec.1) An advisory committee— must not be appointed as a standing committee; and may include in its members persons who are not councillors.
(sec.265-ssec.2) A member of an advisory committee (whether or not they are a councillor) may vote on business before the committee.
- (a) must not be appointed as a standing committee; and
- (b) may include in its members persons who are not councillors.
