### sec.254K Participating in meetings by audio link or audio visual link A local government may allow a person to take part in a meeting of the local government by audio link or audio visual link. A committee of a local government may allow a person to take part in a meeting of the committee by audio link or audio visual link. A councillor or committee member who takes part in a local government meeting under subsection (1) or (2) is taken to be present at the meeting if the councillor or member was simultaneously in audio contact with each other person at the meeting.
