### sec.251 Notification of adoption of expenses reimbursement policy As soon as practicable after a local government adopts or amends its expenses reimbursement policy, the local government must— ensure a copy of the policy may be inspected and purchased by the public at the local government’s public office; and publish the policy on the local government’s website. The price for purchasing a copy of the policy must be no more than the cost to the local government of making the copy available for purchase.
