### sec.246 Remuneration schedule
The remuneration commission must prepare a remuneration schedule after the remuneration commission makes a decision about maximum amounts of remuneration under section 244 .
A remuneration schedule must state—
the date from which the schedule applies; and
the category of each local government decided under section 243 ; and
the maximum amount of remuneration payable to the mayors, deputy mayors and other councillors for each category of local government decided under section 244 .
After preparing a remuneration schedule, the remuneration commission must—
within 14 days, prepare a report about the remuneration schedule and give a copy of the report and the remuneration schedule to the Minister; and
publish the remuneration schedule in the gazette.
A remuneration schedule continues in effect until a new remuneration schedule applies.

(sec.246-ssec.1) The remuneration commission must prepare a remuneration schedule after the remuneration commission makes a decision about maximum amounts of remuneration under section 244 .
(sec.246-ssec.2) A remuneration schedule must state— the date from which the schedule applies; and the category of each local government decided under section 243 ; and the maximum amount of remuneration payable to the mayors, deputy mayors and other councillors for each category of local government decided under section 244 .

(sec.246-ssec.4) A remuneration schedule continues in effect until a new remuneration schedule applies.
- (a) the date from which the schedule applies; and
- (b) the category of each local government decided under section 243 ; and
- (c) the maximum amount of remuneration payable to the mayors, deputy mayors and other councillors for each category of local government decided under section 244 .
