### sec.223C Large-sized contractual arrangements A large-sized contractual arrangement is a contractual arrangement between a local government and a supplier that the local government expects will cost the local government, exclusive of GST, at least the minimum amount for an arrangement of that type under subsection (2) over the term of the arrangement. The minimum amount for a large-sized contractual arrangement is— for an arrangement entered into before 1 July 2026—$280,000; or for an arrangement entered into on or after 1 July 2026—the minimum amount for the arrangement as adjusted and rounded under section 223E .
