### sec.210 Audit committee composition
The audit committee of a local government must—
consist of at least 3 and no more than 6 members; and
include—
1, but no more than 2, councillors appointed by the local government; and
at least 1 member who has significant experience and skills in financial matters.
The chief executive officer can not be a member of the audit committee but can attend meetings of the committee.
The local government must appoint 1 of the members of the audit committee as chairperson.
