### sec.185 Particular resolutions
The annual report for a financial year must contain—
a copy of the resolutions made during the financial year under section 250 (1) ; and
a list of any resolutions made during the financial year under section 206 (2) .
- (a) a copy of the resolutions made during the financial year under section 250 (1) ; and
- (b) a list of any resolutions made during the financial year under section 206 (2) .
