### sec.18 Reforming a significant business activity
The local government must identify and assess each new significant business activity for possible reform.
If the local government decides to reform the significant business activity, the reform must involve—
applying full cost pricing to the activity; or
commercialising the activity; or
corporatising the activity by creating a corporatised business entity to conduct the activity.
(sec.18-ssec.1) The local government must identify and assess each new significant business activity for possible reform.
(sec.18-ssec.2) If the local government decides to reform the significant business activity, the reform must involve— applying full cost pricing to the activity; or commercialising the activity; or corporatising the activity by creating a corporatised business entity to conduct the activity.
- (a) applying full cost pricing to the activity; or
- (b) commercialising the activity; or
- (c) corporatising the activity by creating a corporatised business entity to conduct the activity.
