### sec.123 Special provision for rebate for land occupied by pensioners The local government may grant a rebate of rates or charges for land occupied only by pensioners only if the land owner agrees to pass the benefit of the rebate on to the pensioners. The local government may grant a rebate of rates or charges for land that is occupied by pensioners and other persons, only— for that part of the rates or charges that the local government considers is fairly attributable to the part of the land where pensioners have a right to exclusive occupancy; and if the land owner agrees to pass the benefit of the rebate on to the pensioners. (sec.123-ssec.1) The local government may grant a rebate of rates or charges for land occupied only by pensioners only if the land owner agrees to pass the benefit of the rebate on to the pensioners. (sec.123-ssec.2) The local government may grant a rebate of rates or charges for land that is occupied by pensioners and other persons, only— for that part of the rates or charges that the local government considers is fairly attributable to the part of the land where pensioners have a right to exclusive occupancy; and if the land owner agrees to pass the benefit of the rebate on to the pensioners. - (a) for that part of the rates or charges that the local government considers is fairly attributable to the part of the land where pensioners have a right to exclusive occupancy; and - (b) if the land owner agrees to pass the benefit of the rebate on to the pensioners.
