### sec.114 Loss of entitlement to occupy land from State
This section applies if—
a person is entitled to occupy land under a lease, licence or permission given by the State; and
the person loses the entitlement, including, for example, because the lease, licence or permission expires or is surrendered or forfeited.
The local government must adjust the rates or charges so that the rates or charges are calculated only for the period when the person was entitled to occupy the land.
(sec.114-ssec.1) This section applies if— a person is entitled to occupy land under a lease, licence or permission given by the State; and the person loses the entitlement, including, for example, because the lease, licence or permission expires or is surrendered or forfeited.
(sec.114-ssec.2) The local government must adjust the rates or charges so that the rates or charges are calculated only for the period when the person was entitled to occupy the land.
- (a) a person is entitled to occupy land under a lease, licence or permission given by the State; and
- (b) the person loses the entitlement, including, for example, because the lease, licence or permission expires or is surrendered or forfeited.
