### sec.106 Entities to whom rate notice must be given
A rate notice must be given—
for services supplied to a structure, or to land that is not rateable land—to the entity who asked for the service to be supplied; and
in any other case—to the entity who is recorded in the local government’s land record as the owner of the land on which the rates are levied.
