### sec.103 Levying separate rates or charges
This section applies if a local government decides to levy separate rates or charges.
For levying rates under subsection (1) , the local government may fix a minimum amount of the rates.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that a local government may levy separate rates or charges for a service, facility or activity, whether or not the service, facility or activity is supplied by the local government.
(sec.103-ssec.1) This section applies if a local government decides to levy separate rates or charges.
