### sch.3-sec.1E Change in boundaries affecting both Goondiwindi Regional Council and Western Downs Regional Council The part of lot 8 on crown plan CVN344, and the part of lot 1 on survey plan SP254479, that were not in the Goondiwindi Regional Council’s local government area immediately before the commencement are— excluded from the Western Downs Regional Council’s local government area; and included in the Goondiwindi Regional Council’s local government area. The local government changes mentioned in subsection (1) take effect on the commencement.
