### sec.75D Electoral commissioner may decide electronically assisted voting is not to be used
The electoral commissioner may decide that electronically assisted voting is not to be used—
at a particular election; or
by a class of electors at a particular election.
The electoral commissioner’s decision must be in writing and published on the electoral commission’s website.

(sec.75D-ssec.1) The electoral commissioner may decide that electronically assisted voting is not to be used— at a particular election; or by a class of electors at a particular election.
(sec.75D-ssec.2) The electoral commissioner’s decision must be in writing and published on the electoral commission’s website.
- (a) at a particular election; or
- (b) by a class of electors at a particular election.
