### sec.58A Ballot papers may be reproduced if required This section applies if a polling booth does not have, or runs out of, ballot papers for an election. An issuing officer at the polling booth may reproduce a ballot paper for the election, including, for example, by photocopying, handwriting or printing the ballot paper. Section 55 (1) applies to a ballot paper reproduced under this section. The issuing officer must keep a record of the number of ballot papers for an election the officer reproduces under this section. s 58A ins 2019 No. 30 s 173 (sec.58A-ssec.1) This section applies if a polling booth does not have, or runs out of, ballot papers for an election.
