### sec.51 Duty of person in charge of institution
If the returning officer arranges for all or part of an institution to be used as an ordinary polling booth for an election, the person in charge of the institution must allow electors and issuing officers to have access to the booth whenever votes may be cast at the booth.
If the returning officer declares all or part of an institution as a mobile polling booth for an election, the person in charge of the institution must allow patients or residents of the institution and issuing officers to have access to the booth whenever votes may be cast at the booth.
