### sec.41 Purpose of subdivision The purpose of this subdivision is— to allow candidates to engage in group campaign activities for a particular election by being members of a group of candidates for that election; and to treat the group, for certain purposes, as if it were a person. s 41 amd 2014 No. 44 s 36 ; 2019 No. 30 s 205 sub 2023 No. 8 s 16 - (a) to allow candidates to engage in group campaign activities for a particular election by being members of a group of candidates for that election; and - (b) to treat the group, for certain purposes, as if it were a person.
