### sec.132A Electronic lodgement of returns The electoral commission may make procedures about how a return under this part may be lodged electronically. The procedures— do not take effect until approved by a regulation; and must be tabled in the Legislative Assembly with the regulation approving the procedures; and must be published on the commission’s website. If a return under this part is lodged as provided for under the procedures, the return is taken to have been given to the electoral commission. s 132A ins 2017 No. 12 s 27 (sec.132A-ssec.1) The electoral commission may make procedures about how a return under this part may be lodged electronically.
