### sec.127R Requirements for records
A record required to be made under this division must—
be in English; and
be accurate; and
be made in—
paper or electronic form; or
another form approved by the electoral commission by notice published on the electoral commission’s website; and
be made in a way that allows the record to be—
conveniently and properly investigated or examined by an authorised officer under this part; and
for a record made by or for a participant—readily given, under this part, to an auditor appointed to conduct an audit under section 127U .

- (a) be in English; and
- (b) be accurate; and
- (c) be made in— (i) paper or electronic form; or (ii) another form approved by the electoral commission by notice published on the electoral commission’s website; and
- (i) paper or electronic form; or
- (ii) another form approved by the electoral commission by notice published on the electoral commission’s website; and
- (d) be made in a way that allows the record to be— (i) conveniently and properly investigated or examined by an authorised officer under this part; and (ii) for a record made by or for a participant—readily given, under this part, to an auditor appointed to conduct an audit under section 127U .
