### sec.127L Definitions for division In this division— prescribed matter , in relation to a relevant entity for an election, see section 127M . relevant entity , for an election, means— a participant in the election; or an associated entity of— a registered political party that endorses a candidate in the election; or a candidate in the election; or a group of candidates for the election. s 127L ins 2023 No. 8 s 47 - (a) a participant in the election; or - (b) an associated entity of— (i) a registered political party that endorses a candidate in the election; or (ii) a candidate in the election; or (iii) a group of candidates for the election. - (i) a registered political party that endorses a candidate in the election; or - (ii) a candidate in the election; or - (iii) a group of candidates for the election. - (i) a registered political party that endorses a candidate in the election; or - (ii) a candidate in the election; or - (iii) a group of candidates for the election.
