### sec.123G New endorsement of candidate This section applies if, during the capped expenditure period for an election, a person becomes a candidate who is endorsed by a registered political party for the election. For this division, electoral expenditure previously incurred by the person during the capped expenditure period is taken to have been incurred by the person as a candidate endorsed by the registered political party for the election. This section applies subject to sections 123H (3) and 123K (3) . s 123G ins 2023 No. 8 s 41 (sec.123G-ssec.1) This section applies if, during the capped expenditure period for an election, a person becomes a candidate who is endorsed by a registered political party for the election.
