### sec.116A Agent of registered third party A registered third party for an election who is not an individual must appoint a person to be the agent of the third party, for this part, for the election. See also section 127F (2) (c) . A registered third party for an election who is an individual may appoint a person to be the agent of the third party, for this part, for the election.
