### sec.116A Agent of registered third party
A registered third party for an election who is not an individual must appoint a person to be the agent of the third party, for this part, for the election.

A registered third party for an election who is an individual may appoint a person to be the agent of the third party, for this part, for the election.
During any period for which no appointment is in effect under subsection (2) , the third party is taken to be the third party’s own agent for this part for the election.

(sec.116A-ssec.1) A registered third party for an election who is not an individual must appoint a person to be the agent of the third party, for this part, for the election. See also section 127F (2) (c) .
(sec.116A-ssec.2) A registered third party for an election who is an individual may appoint a person to be the agent of the third party, for this part, for the election.
